I have been creating some new routines for you over the weekend, mixing it up with some older favs to put a whole new spin on your 45 minute workout.
We hoop to cinch that waist and strengthen your core βοΈ

No experience is needed, and don't worry if you've never managed to hula hoop before β I'll help get you started and build your confidence! You'll be spinning and smiling in no time at all.

What a fantastic Powerhoop term weβve had! π
Thank you to everyone who came along each week bringing energy, laughter, friendship and fun. Itβs amazing what we achieve together through hooping β not just physically, but for our wellbeing and confidence too β¨
Powerhoop is such a powerful way to strengthen muscles, improve fitness and support our bodies through peri menopause and menopause πͺπ©·too
