7 years ago I became a Les Mills Instructor.
Since I stepped foot in that studio and taught my first class, I knew I wanted to be the best instructor I could.
I remember watching the trainers and presenters in workshops, training courses and on the stage at events and I thought "That would be the dream!"
To share the programmes and help instructors/members along their fitness journeys and be 100% themselves doing it!

5 months ago I got an email from Les Mills saying they were looking for presenters to join their UK TAP Team.
After auditioning for this before and not making it through last time, I know the experience was always going to educate me but with a side limiting belief of 'omg what if it happens again!?'
I had to turn the 'what ifs' off and just emerse myself in the experience.

After months of self review, auditions, practice and alot of conversations with my cats... I got a call with news that I have wanted for so long ♥️

I am so grateful for this opportunity and all the feedback and people along the way. I'm excited to start this new chapter with the Les Mills Team 😍

How do I even put this into words... I am so grateful and insanely thrilled to be apart of the LES MILLS RECRUIT & BOOTCAMP 2022 experience.

I am incredibly proud of myself and everyone who were brave to go through this process. Its been such a pleasure meeting you all!

This weekend has been absolutely EPIC 🔥

Most of you will know this by now, but I have moved to Bournemouth 🌊 I have been offered an opportunity to expand my skills and continue to share my passion of fitness and wellbeing 💚

Today marks my last week in Taunton and what an emotional week it's been! There have tears, laughs and some very long hugs! 🤣

Taunton has been my home for past 8 years and I will treasure all the memories I have with you. Words cannot describe my appreciation and feelings for this period of my life... I am excited for this next chapter and I will miss you all so much ❤️
