Don't match stress with high intensity exercise. Your body needs the opposite, so do some mobility, yoga or gentle aerobic exercise. Match stress with calm not more stress.

Maybe a walk or this body weight workout:
Squats
Back Flyes
Side Lunges
Chest Press

10 repetitions and repeat if you are feeling good.

Start the week as you mean to go on-you won't regret it!

Calling All Coaches and Teachers-FREE Masterclass

I am leading another Power Up To Play Masterclass on preventing knee injuries with a specific warm up.

Some stats:
-2000% increase in number of operations in young sports players.

-29 times increase in ACL operations since the late 90's.

This free training event is for coaches wanting to learn a concise, evidence-based injury prevention warm-up to use with their youth players. A warm-up that, when taught well and used regularly, can reduce ACL ruptures by over 50%.

The training is practical and interactive.
