We had a great cup win in midweek but today is all about the league. Away v Stoke St Mary 2pm start and should be a great day for it!

We were washed out again on Saturday.

But....everything looks sunny for our cup game at home to Roadwater tonight! Come and support us if you're free.

Tomorrow will be our third attempt at starting the season as we host Cannington.

Game 1 was washed out, Game 2 we couldn’t raise a side… so we’re hoping it’s third time lucky.

We’re short on players this year, and the door is wide open for anyone who fancies getting involved — whether you’ve played for years or haven’t picked up a bat in ages.

The requirements
Want to play cricket.

We're a friendly bunch of people. Different ages - different standards - from teenagers to 60s - people that have played at higher standards and people just starting out.
Like to win but it's about enjoying our cricket and hopefully playing fairly and friendly. Can offer no incentives except a laugh or 2. No regular commitments needed so if you want an odd game or a whole season. Saturday league games with a few mid week evening friendlies.

Our game on Saturday was rained off. Which means we head into the last game of the season needing a win or at least 17 points to avoid finishing in the bottom 2. Although, due to teams pulling out we don't know whether 2nd from bottom means relegation or not. But would be good to finish in a positive manner.

We'll be away at Stogumber.

A big 165 run win last weekend saw us climb the table in what is a very tight league - except for runaway leaders.

This week we travel to Sampford Arundel with a much changed team.
