A HUGE shout out to one of our awesome Peak Fam, Trish! 🎉

Trish recently took on the Land’s End 100 and absolutely smashed it — finishing 2nd female and 15th overall! 🚴‍♀️

100 miles is a huge achievement in itself, but to finish where she did is just incredible.

And she’s not stopping there…

Trish is doing it all while raising money for Surfers Against Sewage and will soon be swapping two wheels for two feet to take on the Cornish Marathon! 🏃‍♀️

Because apparently 100 miles on a bike just wasn’t enough 😂

We LOVE seeing what our Peak Fam gets up to outside these four walls — and this one definitely deserves celebrating.

Massive congratulations, Trish. What an achievement!

Judging by that finish line photo, she enjoyed every single mile 😆

SEPTEMBER — CHAPTER 9/12 🍂

Summer holidays are nearly done.
Routines are coming back.

And if the year hasn’t quite gone to plan, you don’t need to wait until January.

There are still four months to get stronger, feel fitter, and start feeling more like yourself again 🏋‍♂️

And you don’t need to overhaul your entire life to do it.

Start with two sessions.
Start with 30 minutes.
Start where you are.

Because the little things you do consistently will always beat the big plans you never start.

So if you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll start in January…”

Why not give yourself a four-month head start?

And if walking through the gym door feels like the hardest bit, come and see us first.

No judgement. No egos. No pressure.

Just good people, great coaching (probably a coffee), and a place where you can feel at home 🏡

Four months is still plenty of time to make a difference 💪

📣 A huge shoutout to Sarah 📣

She absolutely smashed a 210kg leg press PB today! 💪🔥

Over the past 12 months, Sarah has quietly been putting in the work, getting stronger and making incredible progress.

More recently, she started working with Jo to build her confidence in the “scary” area of the gym…

Well… it turns out it’s not so scary after all 😉😂

Just a few weeks in and Sarah is already hitting PB after PB, getting stronger, feeling more confident, and starting to work towards building her upper-body strength, too.

But this is the bit we really love 👇

Not just the numbers on the machine.

The confidence that comes from realising, “Actually… I can do this” ❤️

Sarah, you should be incredibly proud of yourself.

210kg done. 250kg… we’re coming for you... 👀💪

Well… this is a little awkward 🤔

Apparently, Peak turned 10 last month…

…and we forgot to celebrate 🤣🎉

In fact, we’ve been so busy, we also managed to forget our own 21st anniversary too (nothing new there!) 🤦‍♀️😂

Clearly, remembering important dates isn’t our strong point.

Looking after our Peak Fam and doing what we love… that bit, thankfully, we’re pretty good at ❤️

Ten years ago, we opened the doors to our gym.

What we didn’t expect was to build something that would mean so much to so many people.

The PBs.
The coffee chats.
The homemade cake.
The hard days.
The laughs.
The people who walked through the door… and somehow found their second home.

To every single person who’s been part of our journey over the last decade:

A huge shout out to Liz, who smashed out 10 strict presses this week like the weather wasn’t trying to take us all out 🔥🥵

Liz has been showing up consistently twice a week, putting in the work with Jo, carving out a little time for herself amongst the chaos of being a busy mum.

Week by week, she’s been building strength, and some seriously impressive arms 😍💪🏾

Proof that consistency beats perfection every single time. Amazing work, Liz - so proud 👏

Now enjoy this PB, because next week we’ll be sticking another 5kg on it 😉😆

🏋🏻‍♀️ A huge shout out to Jane 🏋🏻‍♀️

Just a few weeks ago, Jane started training with Jo, feeling very nervous, lacking confidence, and a little gym shy.

Fast forward to today, and she's smashing PBs, getting stronger every week, and walking into the gym with a whole new level of confidence 💪

The best part is not the weights she's lifting, but the belief she's built in herself along the way.

Jane trusted the process, showed up consistently, and the results are speaking for themselves 🙌

So if you've been waiting until you feel confident enough to start...
