What if your yoga practice could change the direction of your life?

This is where it begins.

A new group of souls.
Curious minds.
Open hearts.
A willingness to go deeper.

Strangers becoming friends.
Students becoming teachers.
And a group becoming Sangha — their own spiritual community. 🪷

The first weekend of my 200hr Foundational Yoga Teacher Training is always something special.

Because Yoga Teacher Training isn’t just about learning how to teach yoga.

It’s about learning, unlearning, questioning, exploring and discovering more of who you are.

If you’ve been thinking about doing your YTT…

Maybe it’s time to stop asking “Am I ready?”
And start asking “What if I am? ✨

And for the yoga teachers dreaming of creating their own 200hr YTT…

I can help you make that vision a reality.

Through my mentoring and business coaching, I support yoga teachers to create, develop and grow their own aligned teacher training programmes — your vision, your values, your way.

Because your experience, wisdom and unique way of teaching deserves to be shared.

Watching a teacher grow like this is exactly why I do what I do. 🤍

Lucinda rolled straight from her 200hr into the 300hr with me, and five weekends in, the shift in her confidence says it all — she’s now teaching three classes a week and 1:1 yoga sessions, alongside everything else.

With the support of the business coaching throughout the 300hr YTT Lucinda is also growing her offerings and expanding her business while creating systems for more freedom, joy and ease.

If you’re 200hr qualified and wondering what’s next, this is it.

My next 300hr course is now taking applications — send me a message and let’s chat about whether it’s the right next step for you.

RIP Grandad Brian 💜

My Grandad lived by his own rules… here’s some of them:

✨ It’s okay to eat cake for breakfast.
I follow this one sometimes… thanks Grandad!

✨ Don’t lose your cheekiness.
Literally the cheekiest person I know. When we were little, we would eat grapes walking around the supermarket — back when grapes were weighed — then at the till, turn them over! 😂

He was also once barred from Tesco for stealing batteries. I think he thought they were too expensive. 🤣

✨ Spend as much time as you can walking in nature and appreciating the beauty around you.
I always said Grandad was the biggest yogi I know. Always present. Often humming. Talking about the trees and the birds. Completely in awe of the world around him.

Up until his mid-eighties, he cycled 70 miles plus a week. The day before he was ready to pass, he was up walking in the care home — they said they’d never had a resident walk so much!

✨ Don’t get old.
On his 80th birthday, he popped over to Paris for a cycle. No fuss. Just off to Paris for a bike ride.

Worked as a carpenter up until his mid eightys. Renovated my mum's house during covid. He said if he was stopped during covid he'll say "Boris said the builders can go to work" (aged 85!)

✨ Be present for everyone. Make them feel special and seen. And make them laugh often.
Which he did effortlessly, in his own beautiful Grandad ways.

He lived for reduced stickers, scrumping and After Eights.

He was funny, full of life, adventurous, curious and completely himself.

Thank you for all the laughs, all the memories, and all the little lessons you probably didn’t even realise you were teaching me.

Absolute legend.

Love you, Grandad. 💜

Svadhyaya — self-study, self-reflection.

As summer begins to fade and the seasons start to shift, I always feel a natural invitation to slow down, turn inward and reflect.

Nature does this so beautifully.
The trees begin to let go.
Things become quieter.
Energy draws inward.

And perhaps we can give ourselves permission to do the same.

In yoga, Svadhyaya is the practice of self-study — an invitation to become curious about ourselves. To notice our thoughts, patterns, behaviours, attachments and beliefs. Without judgement.

And it doesn’t have to be another thing to do.
It can be woven into your everyday life:

✨ At the end of your yoga practice, sit quietly and ask:
Am I living in alignment with what I actually value?

✨ Journal on:
What am I holding onto that no longer serves me — in my teaching, my life or my business?

✨ Look honestly at your calendar:
Does the way I’m spending my time reflect what matters most to me?

✨ Notice the patterns that keep repeating.
In your classes. Your relationships. Your business.
What might they be here to teach you?

✨✨ And perhaps my favourite question:
If I were my own student, what would I gently point out to myself?

Self-reflection isn’t about finding everything that’s wrong with us.

It’s about becoming more aware.

Because the more deeply we know ourselves, the more consciously we can choose how we live, teach and create.

As the season changes, perhaps this is your invitation to pause, reflect and to notice without judgement, those little things about ourselves.

Svadhyaya.

What is this season inviting you to look at?

There is no one way to be a successful yoga teacher, and your business doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Maybe you’re the Community Teacher, building consistency and connection through weekly classes. Maybe you’re pouring your experience into training and mentoring the next generation of teachers. Maybe you’re craving the flexibility of teaching online, or the deeper work of premium private sessions, or the magic of retreats and workshops that go beyond the weekly mat.

You don’t have to choose just one, and you don’t have to build it the way everyone else has. Your business can be built around your strengths, your energy, your lifestyle, your passions and your income goals — and it can evolve as you do.

So ask yourself: what feels most aligned with you right now? And what would you love to grow into next?

There was a version of me that questioned everything.
Why were so many people doing jobs they didn’t love, living lives that didn’t feel like theirs?

That questioning took me travelling — one-way tickets, no plan, just learning how I wanted to move through the world. And underneath it all, one thought kept returning:

I want to help others live their truth.

I felt the pull to yoga at 16, and in my early 20s trained as a yoga teacher in India. I never set out to build a career around it — it just became the tool I kept reaching for. The thing that helped me understand myself, and what this life is all about.

I learnt to bring awareness to what was blocking me, and to what could help others do the same.

Fifteen-plus years later, I’ve built a business that has grown from community classes to workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, and now into a season of mentoring and business coaching — alongside a book in progress for yoga teachers, creatives and wellbeing professionals walking a similar path.

And now, an eight-month-old baby, and a whole new chapter of figuring out how to hold all of this with more freedom and flow.

This is still why I do it.

To help you live the life your soul is asking for.

What if meditation wasn’t time away from your business… but one of the most powerful things you could do for it?

When your nervous system is regulated, you have more capacity to create, think clearly and make decisions from a place of joy, ease and flow rather than pressure and overwhelm.

And who knows what might come through when you finally create some space?

A new idea.
A fresh perspective.
An aligned offering.
A whole new level of income.

You don’t always need to do more to grow your business.

Sometimes, you need to get quiet enough to hear what’s next.

✨ And if you’re ready to grow your yoga business in a way that creates more freedom, impact and income — I’d love to support you.

I’m opening a handful of free 1:1 business mentoring sessions throughout September for yoga teachers who are ready to get clear, create a plan and take their business to the next level.

Your 200 hours is a circle — complete, whole, exactly as it should be. You did the training, the inner work, and you are now qualified to teach.

Your 300 hours is where that work deepens. You start asking deeper questions — and living your way into the answers.

You go deeper into the philosophy, the traditions and the history behind the practice, but also wider — into the many forms yoga can take, how you personally practice, and how you carry all of it into your teaching. Ayurveda, sound healing, functional anatomy, yin, restorative yoga, ta**ra, yoga philosophy texts study, yoga nidra, business mentoring — you choose where the spiral takes you, and because you’re already teaching, everything you learn moves straight into your practice and your teaching space.

There’s no test waiting at the end. Just more of the path you’re already walking, for as far as you want to take it.

Is this your call?

Have you been thinking about becoming a yoga teacher...
..but keep wondering if now is the right time?
..if your asana practice is good enough?
..if you are too old?

Not everyone enrols on a Yoga Teacher Training because they know they want to teach.

Some come because they want to deepen their practice.

Some because yoga changed their life... and they want to understand why.

Some arrive searching for something more.

And some begin the journey convinced they’ll never have the confidence to teach... only to discover they absolutely can.

Maybe you’ve been wondering if you’re experienced enough.

Confident enough.

Flexible enough.

Good enough.

I know that feeling.

Before I trained as a yoga teacher, I questioned all of those things too.

What I discovered is that becoming a yoga teacher isn’t about having the perfect practice.

It’s about having an open heart, a willingness to learn, and a desire to share the practice that has transformed your life.

This training is about so much more than learning how to sequence a class.

It’s about deepening your own practice.

Understanding yoga beyond the poses... the philosophy.

Building confidence in yourself, both on and off the mat.

Finding your authentic voice.

Learning to hold space for others with compassion, knowledge and presence.

And perhaps most importantly...

Remembering who you truly are.

Over the months we’ll practice together, laugh together, question together, grow together, and you’ll be supported every step of the way by a beautiful community of like-minded souls.

If your heart has been quietly whispering that it’s time...

I’d love to have a conversation with you.

If any of those questions felt familiar, I want you to know something: you’re not the only one asking them.Whether you’r...

If any of those questions felt familiar, I want you to know something: you’re not the only one asking them.

Whether you’re just starting out or ten years into your career, these questions don’t mean you’re doing something wrong — they mean you’re growing.

There’s no perfect time to start mentorship and business coaching. Not too early, not too late. Just whenever you’re ready to stop figuring it all out alone.

You already have what it takes. I’m just here to walk alongside you, offer guidance, perspective and support, and help you get there with more confidence and ease.

DM me “MENTOR” and let’s talk about what that could look like for you.
