I’m fortunate enough to have been asked to guide a course of FREE Yoga Classes for Armed Forces Community & Ex-Emergency Services Personnel

Have you Served in the Armed Forces or the Emergency Services or are you an immediate family member of someone who has Served? Now it’s time to focus on you with our FREE yoga classes in a safe space for you to explore and move your body, creating a new relationship with yourself and easing the stress of everyday life.

Join our welcoming yoga sessions designed specifically for our Armed Forces community and Ex-Emergency Services personnel, creating a safe, supportive space to improve mobility, reduce stress, and rebuild strength at your own pace. No-one minds if you can’t touch your toes or do a back bend!

💙 No experience needed.
💙 Adapted for all abilities and injuries.
💙 Connect with others who understand your journey.

Whether you're looking to ease physical tension, support your mental wellbeing, or simply try something new, we’re here for you every step (and stretch!) of the way. This is a five week course with all equipment provided at no cost.
