A HUGE shoutout to Alison, whose laser focus and determination saw her absolutely smash our FiTiN8 challenge and claim the title of champion! ๐๐
During the challenge, Alison lost an amazing stone and a half, and since starting with us, sheโs dropped a whopping 21 lbs! ๐ฒ๐ฅ But thatโs not all โ when Alison joined us, she wasnโt a runner. Fast forward to now, and this powerhouse has just completed her first nonstop 10k! ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช Talk about inspiring!

Complete as many rounds as you can of the following exercises:
