Due to having carpel tunnel surgery and erosive arthritis in my hands I'm not longer able to pipe. So instead of giving up completely I will be turning my hand to cheesecakes. I absolutely love a nice cheesecake and it's something I can do (with the assistance of my hubby sometimes) đź’•

60th birthday cake for a guy who had an amazing surprise from his family. I tried to recreate the exact boat using rice crispies/marshmallows then covering with buttercream and fondant.
