Today’s the day of the health & wellbeing event at Haberdashers Abraham Darby, 12.00-16.00 💪

Our team are busy setting up, hoping to see you all show your support and join us to discover how regular exercise can improve your health & wellbeing 🧘‍♂️

Members of the team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, plus take advantage of complimentary day passes and the opportunity to win a PT session with Mickey Bushell Gold Standard Academy who will be in attendance with us 🥇🙌

Now that we’re just two weeks away from the Telford Inflatable Olympics, can your workplace beat the competition, or maybe you just want to challenge your family and friends … or Move Telford …

That’s right the team at Move Telford have booked their spot and are ready to face the competition, all while raising money for life saving cause 💪
