I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, currently living in Telford, Shropshire. I train all levels of running ability, from beginner to those of you wanting to improve or chase that PB! Running and exercise supports a healthy lifestyle but above all, it supports mental health and well-being. The best feeling is when running becomes part of your lifestyle. You will never look back.
