This isn’t just about fitness and weight loss for me.

It never has been.

I’ve watched countless people become stuck on the same hamster wheel they’ve been led to believe is ‘the way to do it’.

To only watch countless more become so frustrated and disheartened by the lack of change that they grow to believe change isn’t possible for them.

👨‍🦳They’re too old
📈They’re too overweight
🤕They’re still battling with pain from an old injury

And that belief holds a lot of power.

So they stay stuck.

And overwhelm and doubt continues to grow.

Here’s what I realised:
❌The problem isn’t how often they train.
❌The problem isn’t what they train.
❌The problem isn’t even motivation.

The problem is society, health professionals, social media all giving generic one size fits all solutions before sending them on their way to fill in the gaps by themselves.

So here’s my mission for 2026 for the people of Telford and Shropshire:

I’m here to bring people back to real guidance — real conversations, real support, and real progress.

I refuse to believe your best years are behind you or that you must already be “fit enough” to start.

I stand for those who want to feel strong, capable, and confident again but are overwhelmed by conflicting advice, BMI scores, quick-fix diet clubs, influencer extremes, and fitness trends that make them feel like they don’t belong.

My mission is simple - to shift the mindset of this community, to help people believe in their ability to change regardless of age, stage or starting point.

I’m building something at 24/7 Fitness for men and women who are fed up with the endless hamster wheel cycle that’s got them nowhere.

For the people who want to finally see change and feel confident in their own skin again.

For the people who are ready to take a leap of faith and do what’s right for them.

This isn’t about 30 days to abs or 12 week transformations.

This is about creating your path, for the change you want, that actually lasts.

Do you want this to be your 2026?

💪 1st January: You’ve got the New Year, New Me buzz. 2026 will be your year.

👀 Mid January: Overwhelm and self-conscious thoughts start to creep in, so you miss today - “I’ll go tomorrow instead” only for this to become “I’ll come back fresh next week”

🪫 February: You’ve been twice - if you’re lucky. Life provides an easy excuse against the growing anxiety not to turn up.

🤦‍♀️ March: You’ve thrown in the towel. You tried, failed and back to square one.

And get this…
