Current progress pics from client Jamie.
Simply from making healthier food choices, laying off alcohol in the week and having regular PT sessions around a tailored training program, Jamie has lost inches off his waist and increased muscular toning and strength.
These are his results in just 2 months and we're only scratching the surface!

Beckie came to me wanting to improve her overall strength and conditioning.
Without putting too many restrictions on her lifestyle and having weekly PT sessions these are her results purely from Strength training and better nutrition!
Her overall bodyweight hasn't changed but as you can see her body composition has changed dramatically, losing inches off her waist and gaining lean muscle mass which leads to my main point when tracking progress...
DONT GO OFF SCALE WEIGHT ALONE!
Always use various methods such as taking pictures, looking in the mirror, taking measurements and how your clothes fit to determine overall changes.
