Three months into my new fitness journey training 6 x per week progression every week, keep focused and work towards your goals workout plan from , helping me every step of the way still a long road to travel but we'll worth it.

You see alot of people in the gym performing the lat pull down wrong here is a couple of videos what to do and not to do.

If your having to move your body backwards the weight is to heavy for you loose the weight and perform the exercise correctly this will have more benefit and will not give yourself a injury.

Correct way to perform the lat pull down.

Grasp the bar with a wide grip, looking forward with your torso upright. Retract your shoulder blades and pull the bar down in front of you to your upper chest. Squeeze your lats at the bottom of the move. Resist the temptation to lean back to aid the movement.
Then repeat the reps for your sets.
