We currently hold several fitness classes around Shropshire as well as having one to one clients we personal train in the comfort of there own homes. We have also been working with and along side some of Shropshire and the Midlands leading sports clubs. These are AFC Telford Football clubs youth section, Worcester Warriors RFC Elite Player Development and also Bridgnorth RFC Women’s and Men's sections.
