Telford Town FC Women are delighted to announce an exciting new addition to our coaching setup as Coach Kayleigh joins the club as our official Strength & Conditioning Coach. 💪⚽

As we continue to raise standards both on and off the pitch, bringing experienced specialists into our environment is a huge part of our long-term vision. Kayleigh’s arrival represents another major step forward for our women’s programme.

A qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and England Boxing Coach, Kayleigh has earned an outstanding reputation for helping athletes improve their strength, fitness, confidence and overall performance. Her passion for developing people, combined with her knowledge of sports conditioning, makes her a fantastic addition to the Telford Town family.

Over the coming months, Kayleigh will work closely with our players to help them become stronger, fitter, faster and more resilient. Her sessions will focus on:
