The plan is to bag all thirteen Irish Furths in a week.

Galtymore is a mountain in the province of Munster, Ireland.

At 917.9 metres, it is one of Irelands highest mountains and the 4th-highest topographic prominence of any peak in Ireland, which classifies Galtymore as a P600, or "major mountain".

It is one of the 13 Irish Munros, and completes my list of Furths, in my whistle stop tour around Ireland!

The Coomloughra Horseshoe is widely considered Ireland’s finest and most thrilling ridge walk, spanning the three highest peaks in the country, and taking in five Furths: Caher West Top (973 m), Caher (1,000 m), Carrauntoohil (1,039 m), Na Cnamha / The Bones (957 m) and Beenkeragh (1,008 m)

Located in County Kerry’s rugged MacGillycuddy's Reeks range, this world-class mountain route is highly demanding and strictly intended for experienced hikers with a good head for heights.

MacGillycuddy's Reeks is a sandstone and siltstone mountain range in County Kerry. Stretching 19 kilometres, from the Gap of Dunloe in the east, to Glencar in the west, the Reeks is Ireland's highest mountain range, and includes most of the highest peaks and sharpest ridges in Ireland, and the only peaks on the island over 1,000 metres in height.

Near the centre of the range is Carrauntoohil, Ireland's highest mountain at 1,038.6 metres. The range was heavily glaciated which carved out deep corries, U-shaped valleys, and sharp arêtes and ridges.

The range, part of the Reeks District, is a destination for mountain walkers and climbers and includes some of Ireland's most regarded walking routes such as the 15–kilometre (10 mile) Coomloughra Horseshoe, and the 26-kilometre (16 mile) MacGillycuddy's Reeks Ridge Walk that traverses the full range.

The Wild Atlantic Way is one of the world's longest defined coastal routes, spanning 2,500 km along Ireland's rugged western seaboard.

Here you will find Mount Brandon, on the Di**le Peninsula, which is the country's ninth-highest peak at 952 meters.

Named after Saint Brendan the Navigator, it is a prominent hiking destination renowned for its dramatic glacial corries, sweeping Atlantic coastal panoramas, and deep-rooted religious and pagan pilgrimage history.

Croagh Patrick is a famous 764-meter mountain located in County Mayo, Ireland. Known locally as "the Reek," it is both a popular, challenging hike and one of Ireland's most sacred pilgrimage sites, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Clew Bay and its 365 islands. According to legend, Ireland's patron saint fasted and prayed on the mountain for 40 days in 441 AD.
