Instilling martial arts and combat sports in children from a young age is not teaching them violence.. is giving them tools for everyday life and the future.

It's to give them security, because a child who knows how to defend themselves walks more firmly.
It's to discipline them, because they learn respect and self-control come first.
It's giving them physical ability, reflexes and strength, because an active body is a healthy body.
And it's to give them judgement, to know when to act... and when not🙏🙏
In adolescence, when impulses, social pressure or conflicts appear, having self-defense skills can make all the difference.
Not to hurt... but to protect oneself🙏🥷

Martial arts doesn't make kids more aggressive , it makes them more aware, more focused... and stronger inside and out.

The first student of the week certificate issued in 2026! This young man had a video sent to me of him practicing his newly learned pattern ( chon Ji ) on a snow day instead of going out and enjoying the snow. His enthusiasm and passion already is infectious. Well done Raf

My physical copies have made it from the US!! Looks epic and the quality is consistently second to none. Being a member of the maniacs team as international advisor and fb admin is brilliant and being published twice now AND appearing on the cover of issue #3 is still quite surreal.

Super proud of making the front cover and having my article published. I have been in martial arts since I was a young boy, back then studying Lau Gar Kung Fu. Spent years buying magazines and reading about other martial artists.

Regular Taekwon-Do beginners class enrolment for 2026. Taekwon-Do for 8yrs to 80! Learning original ITF from the only International qualified instructor in Telford , Shifnal and Bridgnorth and the only instructor officially recognised by Taekwon-Do. When you join us, you are not joining school you are joining a family.

Well that’s a wrap on 2025!! We finished the year still maintaining our 100% pass rate of belt exams which includes 3 new 1st Dan Blackbelts.

Looking forward to a little rest and recharge ready for 2026.
