I don't just beast clients, I beast myself! interval sprints at 25% gradient! Just drink plenty of water before you try them! oh and you may need a hand towel to wipe the sweat off after ;)! obviously it is set on the low speed when taking photo! set low for 1 min then high sprint for 30 secs, then repeat for 20 to 30 mins! I got up to 11km if you wanted to know!
