Bicep training tip.

I don't just beast clients, I beast myself! interval sprints at 25% gradient! Just drink plenty of water before you try them! oh and you may need a hand towel to wipe the sweat off after ;)! obviously it is set on the low speed when taking photo! set low for 1 min then high sprint for 30 secs, then repeat for 20 to 30 mins! I got up to 11km if you wanted to know!

Very good article, although alot of big words! This is why myself and my clients to have a cheat meals. The way I explain it is, think of your metabolism as a fire, towards the end of the week the fire starts to go out, and a cheat meal will rein-light the fire helping it burn calories faster, also giving you a reward at the end of the week! That's why these so called ''fad diets'' (clean9, juiceplus etc) stop working. Lose weight long term and for good!.... not short term and temporarily!!
