Just a little tweak to my timetable.
From 18th March Admaston House class time will change to 10-11am ❤️🙏🏻

Little Wenlock Yogis and Pilates People, our classes are cancelled tomorrow (12th Jan), as the roads aren't great and we just got our car stuck in the snow in the village hall car park 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Evening, Friday 28th November, 6:30-8:30pm.
Message me to share a couple of hours of gentle, slow Yin Yoga, followed by deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra ❤️🙏🧘🏻‍♀️

I have an idea emerging and I would love to hear your thoughts.

I am considering starting a new online class - breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra (combining some or all of these elements).

The class could be 45 minutes or an hour, and could either be on Wednesday evenings or Friday mornings.
