Almost 5 years pting have come to an end!

Today was my last day pting and I can't say thank you enough to every single client,class attendee and member that has let me help them along their fitness journey!

From spin classes, to Find Yourself PT team charity events, team outings,1 to 1 PT, nutrition help, check ins and more! There's been a lot that has gone into that business!

I hope that I've managed to improve some lives for the better and that my amazing clients continue to implement all of the lifestyle changes that we have worked so hard to change!
