West Wales Shotokan Karate is affiliated to the Karate Union of Wales (K.U.W) West Wales Shotokan Karate Club has a club in Templeton, Narberth, Pembrokeshire.

West Wales Shotokan Karate is a member of the Karate Union of Wales (K.U.W) which was founded by Shihan Mike O'Brien (9th dan). Club instructor is Sensei Rory Pearce (6th dan). Training is every Tuesday 17:00 - 19:00 and Thursday from 17:30 - 19:30 at Templeton Community Hall.

We have an exciting opportunity to take on a few more students in our Pembrokeshire clubs, these places are limited though, so please get in touch if you wish to learn an exciting martial art, get fit, learn a practical self defence, boost your confidence, improve strength and mobility etc etc. You will learn from a very experienced team that can help you greatly in becoming a quality martial artist.
