With the summer holidays coming to an end, its time to get looking ahead to a big season...
We have a great bunch coming through... lads and lasses of all ages, shapes and sizes.
We have something for everyone amd cant wait to get out on the road and showcase everyone's hard work and commitment!

After a discussion with the the other coaches, we will be slowing things down over the next few weeks as we look to rest and regroup over the off season.
With this in mind, there will be no junior sessions on until August 17th... at which point we will be back with a bang as we look to build towards our homeshow in September.
Seniors will be on as normal.... But - no juniors for the next few weeks.

Due to the heat in the gym and the fact we have 5 of our boxers out competing at the Heart of the Dragon box cup in Swansea tommorow morning, we will be back to it on monday now folks.
No sessions will be on tonight.

It may have taken a few years to get our Niaa in the ring but by heck was it worth the wait.
It was only an exibition today, but the way Niaa went about her business impressed as all... her straight shots were amazing and her timing was even better.
We were so proud of you today Niaa, looking forward to you being on the show in septèmber and then having a full season for Tenby Sharks!
