Happy 21st birthday to the strongest, bravest, most resilient kid I know. The last 18 months have been tough on everyone, but to have to deal with cancer and have two major surgeries during it, (sometimes on your own because of Covid) and to come out the other side fit, healthy and smiling is an absolute testament to your mental toughness and says so much about who you are and the man you have become. Love you, so proud of you.

Post entry and post exit adaptive skating during the OHA session last week. I haven’t posted anything for a while for a number of reasons, but mostly because the facility I was using unfortunately closed so just working with team goalies at the moment.

Sadly it looks like I’ll have to hit the pause button, if you haven’t heard it’s incredibly unfortunate but look like they will be closing their doors at the end of December. I’d like to REALLY thank Dave and Annie for their support and all the goalies and theirs families who had sessions with me and also supported Annie and Dave. It’s a fantastic facility and if it goes I’m sure we will all miss it a lot. I will be looking at options and opportunities to provide training to the MVP goalies going forward and will post in all the normal media channels once I have some plans in place.
