I am a female personal trainer based in Thatcham, West Berkshire. I provide personal training services, Boxercise and nutrition services throughout Newbury, Thatcham and the surrounding areas.
I run Boxercise classes on Monday and Tuesday nights and Thursday lunch times in both Thatcham and Newbury. This, alongside my Bootcamp, has been so popular, I will be adding more classes as soon as I can!

I provide all my personal training clients with a personal fitness profile, nutrition guidance and help as well as exercise programmes they can follow outside of their sessions. All progress is carefully monitored by myself and I provide regular progress updates to my clients.
I have an excellent reputation within the area and have built up a solid client base of both men and women, as well as established myself as a well-regarded exercise class instructor. I am constantly studying around work in order to offer my clients the best training I possibly can.
I love my job and am very passionate about health and fitness. I love seeing my clients progress both physically and mentally and am incredibly invested in seeing each and everyone of them excel and progress week by week. Fitness is very fluid and I make sure we can find away to make this work for the individual without being intimidating, boring or feeling like a chore!
