Circuits sessions are run twice a week so why don't you try it out? Booking and Cancellation Policy -

To book a place for a circuit class will require payment prior to the session itself. If you have to cancel outside of the 24 hour timeframe prior to the session, or are a no show, unfortunately your payment will be non refundable. If your cancellation is within the 24 hour timeframe,

🚙 Update on Burdwood Parking 🚙

Unfortunately, parking at Burdwood is now chargeable from 6pm, which will affect our Thursday evening sessions. Parking will now cost £1.10 between 6pm–8am

Saturday sessions still have free parking 🙌🏻

Final session of 2025 complete! 🎄 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported circuits this year, in any way, shape or form. I hope you all know how much I look forward to seeing your faces every Thursday and Saturday 😍

Whether you come every week, drop in when you can, push more than you did the week before or simply show up and give it your best, you all bring something special 💫 The laughs, the effort and the encouragement are what make these classes more than just a workout 🫶🏻

🚗Car Parking at the Burdwood Centre 🚗

I wanted to make you aware, if you’re not already, that parking charges apply at
Burdwood. The first 2 hours are FREE (which is perfect for circuits) but you do need to either collect a ticket from the machine (located outside of the doctors surgery) or download the ‘paybyphone’ app (do this just in case the pay machine isn’t working). The location code is 7223.

Thank you in advance – I appreciate you all being so flexible with the changes. I just don’t want you to get a parking ticket 😂

🚨 Circuits Session Update 🚨 Edited 26th Nov

Circuits will be changing location for both Thursday and Saturday sessions from the 17th November until the 31st January, due to maintenance works being carried out at Moorside 🔨 Thank you for your continued support 🙂
