What is the difference between a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet?
Have you ever told yourself?

"Oh, I will have a diet from tomorrow."
" I will start my new diet in January, and I will go to the gym to eat healthily. "

And the first few days, you turned up in the gym. Great! Well Done! ๐Ÿคฉ

And days passed... February, March and April came along, and you just didn't go?

Why?

You felt tired, unmotivated etc...

Just STOP for a moment...

When you start your diet that you want to lose weight, this will be a temporary solution in your life. You will wonder why you don't lose weight if you go to the gym or do lots of exercise but still eat the same junk food as before.

Why?

There are 2 mindsets in this scenario:
You feel up your body with junks not to be hungry
or you give the nutrients the proper fuel your body needs

Your eating habits are impacting your body very much. You are what you eat. Junk food and gym exercise (or any exercise) don't go hand in hand.

You need to change the way you think before you want to make any changes in your life.

Here are some tips for you:

๐Ÿ Connect with your WHY. Are you trying to be healthy?

๐Ÿ Focus on what you wish to, NOY what you DONT want.

๐Ÿ Get clear on which foods fuel versus fooling your body - play this in the long term.

๐Ÿ Change your bad habits to positive ones.
๐Ÿ Surround yourself with people who motivate and inspire you

I have bad news for you...

If you REALLY want, I mean, it's not enough to follow diets if you REALLY want to be a healthier version of yourself. You need to change your lifestyle - your mind, body, and spirit.

If you put the work into it, you will get the result you want...

Let's make changes together...

Are you suffering from procrastination?... Instead of Tips use Strategies

Procrastination is almost an art that many have perfected in their lives.

In most cases, we know what to do, and we also know that it would only take half an hour to do the task, but for some mysterious reason, we still can't stand it.

WHAT IS BEHIND PROCRASTINATION?

Most of the time, it appears as an excuse that we don't feel like doing our task.

If we plan a task but don't feel like it, we're less likely to do it. Just as we don't know in advance at meals what our appetite will be on a given day and time, just as we rarely feel like we do precisely what we have planned nicely.

Many times, however, we put ourselves under pressureโ€ฆ

And this leads to fewer results. That's why it's a good idea to take a different approach to things, where instead of running away from tasks - or just doing them with massive nervousness - we approach it all in a much more convenient and more accessible way.

There's something to do on your list that you've been pushing in front of you for a long time. To solve the problem of procrastination in the long run, you must first be aware of where you will make things worse. If you develop a new strategy, you will no longer have problems with tasks you do not like.

Go through the points below and start today.

The best way is to do your strategy and later improve and compare them with other techniques.

The most important thing is that you take the first step... ๐Ÿ‘‡

Let's do this...

Here are some step-by-step points to help you get started now to overcome procrastination:

Step 1: Pick up a piece of paper and write down what you have been postponing for a long time.
Step 2: Write down WHY you are procrastinating (dig deeper and ask the "why?" Question several times).
Step 3: Develop specific steps on how you will complete the task.
Step 4: Link this to something you like to do or go to.
Step 5: Plan your calendar for when you're going to do it. The event should be repeated every week.

Ten things that make successful people use stress to their advantage

Managing emotions under pressure and being calm can be specifically related to performance.

The trick in stress (and the anxiety it causes) is talking about a fundamental emotion. Our brains are wired, so we have a hard time doing anything until we feel at least a little bit out of this emotional state. Our performance is at its peak when we experience moderate stress. However, long-term stress is already detrimental. Stress weakens our mental and physical health (according to a study by Yale, stress causes a change in the area of the brain responsible for self-control).

It's worth taking the time to think about why we're grateful. Researchers at the University of California say those who do so are better mood, have more energy, and are better physically. Not only is this right, but it also improves your mood as it reduces the stress hormone cortisol by 23 percent.

๐ŸŽ They don't ask "what if"
"What if?" beginning sentences only pour oil on the fire when it comes to stress. Things can go in millions of different directions, and the more you worry about possible outcomes, the less time you will spend focusing on what is calm and under control.

๐ŸŽ They remain positive
Positive thoughts help keep stress intermittent as the brain focuses on something else that is completely stress-free. We can help the brain by consciously choosing something we can think about positively. All sorts of positive thoughts help refocus our attention. When things are going well, your mood is good; it's relatively simple. When things don't go well, your brain is full of negative thoughts; it can be challenging. In these moments, it is worth thinking about our day and identifying the positive parts. But we can go back earlier or think of a good experience waiting for us.

๐ŸŽ They Unplug
You may want to disconnect from the network regularly, which can help keep your stress under control. If you are available 24/7 for work, you are constantly exposed to stressors. Forcing yourself to be offline and even turning off your phone will help you disconnect from many stress sources.
Thanks to technology, continuous communication is now possible, but that doesn't mean it's okay anyway. You may want to pick a few times when we pay special attention to turning it off.

๐ŸŽ The dose of caffeine is tightened
Caffeine consumption produces adrenaline. Adrenaline is the hormone responsible for the fight-or-run response, a survival mechanism that encourages attack or escapes when there is danger. This is handy when a bear attacks you, but this is not good when replying to emails. If caffeine upsets your body too much, emotions will dominate your behaviour. Therefore, a limit should be set on intake.

๐ŸŽ They sleep
This cannot be said many times: sleep is essential. It increases emotional intelligence, helps keep stress under control. When you sleep, your brain literally recharges, looks through daily memories, stores, or throws them away (this causes dreams, at least for the time being, we think so). With a clean head, on the other hand, self-control, attention, and memory improve. Lack of sleep increases stress hormones without any other external effects.

๐ŸŽ They knock out negative thoughts on their own
It is a big step in stress management if we can dispel negative thoughts about ourselves. The more often you have negative thoughts, the more power you give them. And most of our negative thoughts are just that: a thought, not a fact. When you start believing in pessimistic things, stop.
Literally: stop and write down what you are thinking. If you could take a moment to slow down, you'll start feeling much more rationally.

๐ŸŽ They frame their perspective
The driving force behind stress and anxiety is our own, not perfect perception. It's easy to think that unsustainable deadlines, unforgiving bosses, and poor transportation are the cause of our stress. It is not possible to control everything, but it is how we respond to challenges. Therefore, before we get too annoyed with something, it's worth putting it in perspective first.
When you feel "everything is bad" or just "nothing is working," you might want to frame the situation. It's worth listing the things, quite specifically, that don't work. It usually turns out that there are only a few problems, not problems with everything - things are already easier to solve.

๐ŸŽ They breathe
The easiest way to reduce stress is with something we do every day anyway: breathing. Anyone who exercises this will have a better time brainstorming and releasing tension. If you feel stressed, take a few minutes to pay attention to your breathing. The goal is to pay focused attention to your breathing; it will stop your brain from wandering. It sounds simple but doing it for 1-2 minutes is no longer accessible. If it doesn't go otherwise, it's worth settling for twenty; it's okay if we lose the count in the meantime.

๐ŸŽ They ask for help if needed

The temptation can be great, but it is entirely ineffective if you want to solve everything yourself. To be calm and practical, it is worth recognizing your weaknesses and asking for help when needed. This means reaching out to your support system when the situation is complicated, or you have too many tasks.
Everyone has a place to reach in and out of work, but it's worth consciously identifying individuals who may be able to help you. Then ask for their insights; this is often achieved by simply talking about your concerns. It already reduces stress if you ask for help. Plus, it deepens friendships.

OMG... ๐Ÿฅฐ

I would like to share this quote with you as I thought this is so beautiful... โค๏ธ

I watched a beautiful movie about living the life you've imagined...

Vanessa and her friend travel to a small town, and there they meet the world-famous crime writer, Martin Clayborne. Vanessa's boss promises her a promotion if she comes up with an article for the magazine that will take every editor-in-chief off her feet at the company.

Vanessa sees the big chance and tries to get close to the man, which she succeeds at, and she has to realize that Martin is nowhere near the rude and inaccessible man the world believes.

Vanessa has started to work on her book, and she wrote it up to chapter four, but then she stopped and put her book into a draw. Once she met Martin, he encouraged her to do what she honestly imagined in her life instead of pleasing someone and live the life she did not honestly want.

Once she returned to her office, she received an old typing machine with the following quote:

"Go Confidently in the Direction of Your Dream! Life the life you've imagined."

I wanted to share this as I think this is a perfect reminder that we have one shoot in this human experience, and we should live our lives as we are genuinely imagined. This quote has melted into my heart and make me think about what is essential and more important in our life. Our life is a beautiful journey...

What comes to your mind when I say stress? ๐Ÿ‘€

Nowadays, a large number of people admit that their lives are stressful. That's why, if you have stressful times, you need to pay attention to calming that tension within yourself consciously. If you don't manage your stress in your daily life, you risk your mental or physical health.

Humans are not designed to endure stress in the long term without any consequences.

Stress is a severe human feeling that you should not take lightly, as it can also have serious health consequences if you feel it all the time. In addition to the health consequences, of course, it can also affect your work, family life, and relationships.

Although it is complicated to avoid certain stressful situations, you can consciously distance yourself from prolonged stress. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to use the best ways to deal with stress.

The only way to implement stress management methods is to know yourself, what you do and why you do it. Besides yourself, your relationships, your friends, and of course, your work and your home environment are not insignificant.

Learn to manage your time well, and you've already put aside a source of stress that most people are not yet conscious of.

Stress management is an essential tool for creating a successful, balanced life. Avoiding and dealing with stressful situations is also a learnable behavior that needs maximum improvement once available to you.

It's worth constantly improving different kinds of stress management methods because you will always have ways to calm yourself down in the face of the biggest challenges.

What's the best thing for you to relieve the stress? Write it in a comment. ๐Ÿ‘‡

The Mind and our Thoughts โค๏ธ

The way we think, and reach is due to a combination of genetics, personality and experiences and can also depend how weโ€™re feeling. If weโ€™re stressed our thoughts and reactions can become severely distorted.

Average we have between 60-80 000 thoughts on daily basis โ€“ most of them are negative and recurring. Iโ€™m personally on over thinker and this cause loss of energy. Weโ€™re constantly thinking and analysing we donโ€™t enjoy life as much.

By changing our inner thoughts, we can acknowledge them accept them and change them. It takes work but itโ€™s worth it because it transforms our lives.

We canโ€™t take everything the mind says seriously. Here are some insights which may be help:

โค๏ธ Take the focus away from your thoughts and fears by engaging in something you like doing.
โค๏ธ Try putting any thought you donโ€™t like in your spam box
โค๏ธ Challenge your thoughts โ€“ example: Are you really a bad person? Is it true that you will never feel well again?
โค๏ธ Write down negative thoughts and worries to get them out of your head
โค๏ธ Focus on what you WANT, not on what you DONโ€™T want
โค๏ธ Try to refocus by think of lovely place or someone you love
โค๏ธ Remember fun times
โค๏ธ Thoughts come and go โ€“ let them be, just observe them.
โค๏ธ Spending even few minutes in meditation can restore calm and inner peace. Meditation benefits both emotional well-being and overall health.
โค๏ธ Mindfulness allows us to see our thoughts and feeling pass through our awareness without judgement.

Have a lovely evening. :).
