A big thank you to everyone who supported our recent fundraising yoga session in Kintbury.

Whether you attended the class, made a donation, purchased one of the lavender eye pillows, or some of the cakes and biscuits afterwards, every contribution helped.

I’m excited to share that, together, we’ve raised £312 for Daisy’s Dream, a wonderful charity supporting children through bereavement.

It’s amazing to see how a small yoga session can have such a positive impact, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your kindness and support .

Thank you

This time between Christmas and New Year can feel like a pause.

The busyness has eased, the days are quieter, and there’s a little more space to breathe, stretch, and gently come back to yourself.

If you’ve been thinking about:
• starting yoga for the first time
• returning after a break
• or finding something calm and kind rather than intense

Then my Gentle Yoga for Beginners classes at The Old Bluecoats School Thatcham might be just right for you.

Classes are small and friendly (maximum 10 people) — supportive, unhurried, and with no need to be “good at yoga”.

Your first class is a free taster, so you can come along and see if it feels right for you. After that, classes are £10 each. Due to the limited space , drop-ins aren’t available.

If this quieter moment feels like a good time to begin (or begin again), you’d be very welcome.

Restorative Yoga at Streatley Primary School

I had the pleasure of leading a super relaxing restorative yoga session last night at Streatley Primary School, and it was such a lovely way to unwind together.
The hall was all set up with mats , blocks and eye pillows, plus a little gift bag for everyone. Soft fairy lights, a twinkling Christmas tree and gentle music created the perfect atmosphere.
It felt like the perfect pre-Christmas pause .A chance to step out of the hurly-burly of the season.
It was wonderful to see everyone ; some parents, local residents and the headteacher! Everyone settled in straight away and the session was received so warmly.
Thank you to everyone who joined me , your energy made the evening truly special.
