Life isn’t always smooth, stress, co-parenting, motherhood exhaustion! I feel it all too. But training keeps me focused, balanced, and strong (mentally & physically).

The resilience, patience, consistency and motivation required to work on yourself benefits every other aspect of your life, from relationships, to work, to family life 🌍
Training isn’t just about becoming sexy AF but also about becoming the best version of you from within 🤍
That’s about as much of a motivational speech I have today, but enjoy the process of bettering yourself and becoming the healthiest happiest version of you 🫡

Where has the last couple of months gone?! 🫣
It’s been a while since I’ve made a grid post! 📸
My life got flipped upside down and I went through such a low hard time toward the end of September! I’ve tried to focus on spending time with my boy, my family, friends, enjoying time with my wonderful clients and getting back to training 🙂
