The Thruster (squat into overhead press)
* Legs from the squat
* Glutes and core
* Shoulders and arms from the press
* Cardiovascular fitness because the heart rate climbs fast
* Mobility and coordination
* Functional full-body movement
Reverse crunches are great for strengthening your core, especially the lower abs, while also helping improve stability and control through the midsection. They also engage your hip flexors and help support posture and lower back strength when performed correctly.
The best things usually start with fear
This was completely out of my comfort zone and exactly why I needed to do it

๐ฅ Tricep push downs with a rope or bar
๐ฅ Overhead tricep extensions on the cable machine with rope
๐ฅ Overhead pull overs lying flat (go heavy enough and your core feels it too ๐ฅ)
