The Thruster (squat into overhead press)

* Legs from the squat
* Glutes and core
* Shoulders and arms from the press
* Cardiovascular fitness because the heart rate climbs fast
* Mobility and coordination
* Functional full-body movement

Reverse crunches are great for strengthening your core, especially the lower abs, while also helping improve stability and control through the midsection. They also engage your hip flexors and help support posture and lower back strength when performed correctly.

My 4 favourite tricep exercises ๐Ÿ’ช (for the bingo wings)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Tricep push downs with a rope or bar
๐Ÿ”ฅ Overhead tricep extensions on the cable machine with rope
๐Ÿ”ฅ Overhead pull overs lying flat (go heavy enough and your core feels it too ๐Ÿ”ฅ)
๐Ÿ”ฅ Tricep dips
