πββοΈClass highlights πββοΈ
π«Cardio and Core
We added in heavy carries and was chuffed to see Emma M and Helen A reach for the heavy cylinders again!! They're not easy to hold or manoeuvre but they done a great job!
πββοΈ Ti60
We're still on BB chest press and still seeing numbers rising! Our conditioning set was a bag of fun but the arm finisher was something else π₯
β’οΈ NuclearFit training
Our final session before the race this weekend. Polishing up on movement standards and ensuring everyone is ready and fueled before their start time ππΌ
π₯Burn
Our busiest session this week. Incredible energy in the sprint conditioning set ππΌ
πͺπΌ Tabata Pump
All kind of voodoo was happening in tabata but my word was it funny π€£
π₯Circuits
New rotation, new movements and certifying why this is such a popular evening for phys!
πͺπΌSnC
Well, Peter E had a phenomenal post circuit session. We loaded that sled up and got him working on an EMOM with sled, farmers carry and BBJ. All of which he took in his stride and absolutely beasted out!
Hopefully that's everyone covered! Please let me know if I've missed anything ππ€©
ππΌ Well done team ππΌ
