I feel like there’s a gaping hole in my morning today 😔. My usual Wednesday routine has completely gone out of the window!

To be honest, I’m a little sorry I cancelled the class now. Looking at my weather app, it’s showing 29–30°C between 10 and 11am. I know some of you would have thought it was too hot and decided not to come, and that’s absolutely fair enough, but I’ll still be getting some exercise in today 💪🏻👟🧘🏼‍♀️

Next time there are reports of severe weather warnings 🥵 I’ll be turning up armed with a water spray 🔫💦 to keep everyone cool and blasting Club Tropicana by Wham! so we can all pretend we’re exercising on a beach somewhere rather than in Essex! 😂🏖️

Ladies,

After watching the latest weather reports and seeing the severe weather warning for Wednesday, with temperatures expected to reach 38–40°C 🥵 I’ve decided to cancel the class.

I’m sure a few of you will be thinking that’s good! 😂

I hate having to cancel, but I feel it’s the most sensible decision given the conditions.

Make sure you stay cool and hydrated, and I’ll see you all on Monday.

Why has winter suddenly decided to make a comeback? 🤔🥶

Such a lovely, intimate class today — thank you to all the ladies who joined me. We were also very lucky to dodge the rain ☔️ and enjoy a coffee together after class☕️😁

Looking forward to seeing you all again next Monday for more strength 💪🏻and stretching!🙆🏼‍♀️
