11 years ago I attended this yoga retreat in Devon, I knew the teacher from attending her sessions but no one else, it was my 1st experience of listening to koshi chimes and a guided YOGA nidra, at the time I had no idea what they were but I knew how they made me feel, the previous few months my child had been seriously life threatenly ill and somehow these were able to help me release and start to heal.....something I have never forgotten

Each pose has various options inviting you to work with your own needs.

Every session finishes with a beautiful relaxation, settling your nervous system, releasing tension and inviting inner healing, space for calm 🌸
