It’s that time of the year again! Thanks everyone for turning up to your sessions and putting the work in! Well done to everyone that participated in competing at “Born Survivor” (even bigger team next year 🤪), and thanks to everyone that turned up for the Xmas do! 🍻. I’ve also got plenty of progress photos that I need to post, so keep your eyes peeled!! And of course the main reason for this post is that I’ve just made my annual Egg Nog! So if you’re booked in over the next week make sure to ask for a glass!! Merry Xmas everyone🎄keep those gains coming in 2026!

Louise has been one of my longest attending members! Always brings max effort, determination and is getting the results she always wanted! Muscle mass up, body fat down, and recently has been consistent with her diet and knocking the pounds off! 💪.

As many of you know I’ve managed to get a “fully committed” and enthusiastic group of my clients to take on Born Survivor in the next few weeks! We are a determined group from Hardy's Fitness PT and we are getting muddy, climbing high, and pushing ourselves to the limit this September as we take on the Born Survivor challenge - in support of the incredible work done by Trinity Hospice.
Trinity Hospice provides outstanding compassionate care and support to patients and their families across the Fylde Coast. Their work makes a world of difference during some of life's most difficult times - and we want to help ensure they continue offering that care to all who need it.
It costs more than £12 million each year to operate Trinity's services across the Fylde Coast and only 28% of this is provided through Government funding. Without community fundraising and generosity, Trinity couldn't provide free, comprehensive end-of-life care.
We've trained hard and are giving it everything we've got and we'd be so grateful for your support. Every donation, big or small, helps Trinity Hospice continue their vital services - and keeps us motivated when we are knee deep in mud!

Macmillan is a charity very close to my heart, i have used its services and still continue to do so. I still have monthly treatment at the macmillan unit in Blackpool Victoria Hospital, and they helped me with all sorts of worries when I was first diagnosed, from money worries, to care and advice.
I am doing Born Survivour with my little sister, who has been mine and my childrens rock, before, during and after diagnosis.
We are also doing the challenge alongside our Personal Trainer and team from Hardy's Fitness.

I am taking on the challenge of Born Survivor on the 13th September and have decided to raise money for Mind.
Mental health affects all of us, whether directly or through someone we love. I'm raising money because I believe everyone deserves access to support and resources when they need them most. Too many people struggle in silence due to stigma or lack of accessible care.

Nick’s been training with myself for just three months! Showing results can be achieved in a short period of time if you put your mind to it. 12kg lighter, reduced body fat by 5% as well as being fitter and stronger! Keep up the good work mate. 💪

Calling all troops!!! I’m getting a team together for this years Born Survivor event. Past and present clients are all welcome many of you I’ve already managed to convince to take part already…..too an extent 😂.
Yes it will be muddy, and yes some parts may be tough! Over 30 obstacles and 10km. However no man or woman (unless your name is Danielle 🤪) will be left behind! We’ll be doing this as a team. So keep Saturday 13.09.25 free in your diary, and get some practice on those monkey bars!!!
Oh and thanks Emily for your Go Pro footage from the last time we did the event. Was debating not muting the entirety of your recordings purely for comedy value! 😂

Want to go from a “pancake” to a “cake”?! 🍑😂. Give this protein pancake recipe a go! Even my 9 year old daughter liked it so that’s saying something!🥞
Recipe: (serves 2)
1 Banana
75g oats
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
2 scoops protein powder
Kcal: 437
Protein: 31g
Carbs: 39g
Fat: 16g
Blend, fry, enjoy!😋

Struggling to isolate Hamstrings and Glutes? Why not try the “Nordic Curl”!
I’ve been meaning to purchase a Nordic Curl bench/machine for some time….however as my clients know my gym is effectively a Tardis….and it’s running out of space 😂. Enter the novel idea of utilising a Barbell and a rack. So if you want a stronger posterior chain, have more flexibility and decrease the chance of injury give these a go! If you’re struggling utilise a resistance band to assist.
