Today saw the lads take on TM sports at common edge.
A tough game against TM saw us go 3-2 down at half time, with Sean scoring and assisting for their own goal. We needed to turn up in the second half.
After a long talk at half time the lads looked to get back on level terms early on as Sean Willetts managed to put away a chance supplied by Neil Unsworth.
Shortly after that the lads managed to turn the game around and score 2 quick goals making it 5-3.
As the lads battled on through the game we managed to see the game out as worthy 8-4 winners. A great turn around from a well disciplined team 👏🏻👏🏻

Sunday saw the lads take on Marton Athletic in the league, with a win at home against Marton we were confident we could do the double.
However, Marton took the lead in the first half and led 1-0 at halftime.
But we came out the second half with a bit of fight and even though the odds were against us when one of our lads got sent off, Neil Unsworth managed to level it, Making it 1-1.
With us fighting an uphill battle the lads dug deep and manage to take the lead with about 20 minutes to go as Kieran Rimmington made it 2-1.
10 minutes to go and Ñolan Mike managed to win us a penalty, which Nathan Townsend calmly dispatched. Killing the game off and making it 3-1.
Have to say I’m proud of all of the lads for putting in a big shift when we only had 11 lads turn up in the morning.

The boys were back in action today against TM Sports . A cold and windy morning at boundary park we managed to come away with the 3 points and a convincing 6-3 win.
