DAY 3 — 5K-A-DAY CHALLENGE
Bit of fatigue in the legs today, so I switched the run for a brisk 5K walk. Heart rate around 100 bpm, sunshine, cool air, honestly, perfect recovery day.
This is the whole point of the challenge:
Show up, however you can.
Run it, walk it, mix it, it all counts.
Not every day needs to be fast.
Not every day needs to feel strong.
But every day needs to happen.
If you’re following along, drop a 👍

Day 2 of my 5K-a-day challenge.
Another treadmill run, steady 33:10, felt good.
This month isn’t about speed, it’s about consistency.
Show up. Every day.

DAY 2 — 5K-A-DAY
The excitement of Day 1 is gone.
This is where discipline starts.
Today is all about proving to yourself that yesterday wasn’t a fluke.
You showed up once, now show up again.
No pressure on pace.
No overthinking.
Just 5K, however your body needs to do it.
Day 2 is the quiet victory that most people skip.
You didn’t.
CTRL-FIT. Consistency wins.

DAY 1 — 5K-A-DAY
Cold, dark, heavy rain… so the treadmill got the call-up today.
Felt good to get it done. No stress, no pressure, just 5km, steady, consistent, box ticked.
December isn’t about perfect runs, it’s about showing up.
Day 1: ✔️

DAY 1 — 5K-A-DAY CHALLENGE
Heavy rain. Monday. Perfect.
Most people wait for the “right conditions.”
We build discipline in the real ones.
Day 1 isn’t supposed to be comfortable.
It’s supposed to set the tone.
So today it’s simple:
5 kilometres. Run or walk. Outside if you can, treadmill if you need.
But it gets done.
Rain doesn’t stop you.
Monday doesn’t stop you.
Excuses don’t get a vote.
If you’re starting with me:
Drop a “DAY 1 DONE” in the comments when you’ve smashed it.
