Starting in Mummy & Me Block 4, you will have a little surprise waiting for you on your mat every week.
I will be putting affirmation cards with messages to encourage you, lift you up and remind you to be kind to yourself on your mat every week.
So before we start moving - take a moment to pick up your card, read it and let it be your little reminder for the day that I hope you can carry with you beyond our session.
Maybe it’s exactly what you needed to hear.
Maybe it makes you smile or maybe it simply reminds you that you deserve to give yourself the love and support that you pour out.
Mummy & Me isn’t just a class for getting stronger physically, I want it to be a class where mums feel reminded every week how amazing they are and where they feel supported - all while being with our babies. 🥹💝
