A rewarding day on the sea cliffs at Arbroath, working with a fantastic group of young people.
With dry conditions, we were able to make the most of the red sandstone terrain, exploring and building movement skills in a unique environment.
Most importantly, it was great to see confidence develop throughout the session. Initial nerves and apprehension were replaced by smiles, resilience, and a real sense of achievement.
A strong start to this year’s cliff sessions.
