We have been looking at our positioning in the goal and following the ball. Whether the goal is 7 feet tall or 2 feet tall, if we can get our positioning right, we give ourselves the best chance at making the save. As always, the ask is to recover as quickly as we can after each save so we are ready for the next.
I'm sure they are all sick of hearing "up, up, up" every time they make a diving save 🤣

Finally getting around to uploading some of the recent footage.

In this first video, we have Jack and Liam who have been working hard on the principle of getting the ball safe, either by catching it so it's safe in your hands or pushing the ball as far out of the danger zone as possible, and most importantly if you don't do either of those you need to be up quick and chasing it down. Great effort, well done lads!

⚽️ Coaches Needed ⚽️

We are looking to expand our coaches for our Football Academy

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, positive people to join our coaching team working with kids aged 6–10 years old.

For us, football at this age is about more than just matches and winning. It’s about:

✅ Creating a fun, safe environment
✅ Building confidence and friendships
✅ Teaching teamwork, respect, and effort
✅ Laying the foundations to start their football journey
✅ Helping every child love the game and enjoy coming to training

You don’t need to be an expert — just someone who:
• Has a great attitude with kids
• Believes in development over results
• Wants to make a real difference in young players’ lives

A great opportunity to coach the stars of tomorrow and help build the key foundations to start their football journey

Previous coaches with us have used their experience and sessions as part of their portfolio for university and apprenticeship interviews.

If you’re interested (or know someone who might be), drop us a message to find out more ⚽️
