I’m so proud of this amazing lady Denise Clarke

Being a mother to 3 very active boys whilst running my own business means a lot of my time is taken up throughout the week

My boys mean the absolute world to me & I am extremely proud of all 3 of them & will always do everything in my power to support them to reach their dreams

Life is always very hectic but I have to ensure that I find time for myself to regularly exercise & have some ‘ME’ time to keep my own mental health & well-being on track

Despite how busy your life is I would strong recommend to add time into your week to do forms of exercise if you don’t already do so - ITS SO IMPORTANT FOR ME & IS FOR YOU TOO

All of our coaches are Fully Qualified, knowledgeable & experienced working with players of all abilities with all sessions tailored to benefit a players needs.

Partygoers will experience an exciting range of football related games, competitions, tournaments & matches in an enjoyable & non pressurised environment.

All of our fantastic party packages include:
Qualified FA football coach (DBS checked, First Aid & Safeguarding qualified)
All equipment included
Bespoke party designed for child’s age
Prizes supplied for competition winners
Up to 16 children (you can add more for an additional cost!)

Parties are hosted predominantly on a Saturday or Sunday at a venue booked by you or we can recommend venues where we have provided parties previously & will last for 60 minutes unless a longer duration is desired.

It’s not always an easy time to train for a female whilst going through their menstrual cycle, but for me, someone that suffers with endometriosis, continuing to train really does help me.

It is important to understand what your body goes through during the phases of your cycle as it can have a positive impact on your mental & physical well-being.

Exercise can affect your period in a number of ways & it’s been proven that regular workouts are one of the most effective methods for how to get a lighter period or ease your menstrual symptoms.


So proud of my client Chloe Bayliss🥰

After fracturing her ankle she has come back fighting again & has worked so hard in every session.

This morning she completed 600 reps 😓 💪 👏

What a difference a year makes when you remain focused, dedicated, believe in yourself & work hard.




It has been a year since .clarke.9659 has been working with me & we are both delighted with the results that she has achieved 😍🍑

By introducing heavier weights into her programme from what use to be heavily cardio & light weight based, strength work has massively increased her muscle mass 💪

Current stats:
Squat over 70kg
Deadlift 92kg
Hip thrust 150 kg
Bench press 52kg

She proves that lifting heavy doesn’t make you ‘manly’ but makes you strong and looking fantastic 🥰


So proud of my client Liz Ross😍

Despite previously suffering with a trapped nerve & receiving physio, Liz had continued to train weekly using body weight exercises only.

Once given the all clear 6 months ago, we began back with 40kg Deadlifts & have progressed over the months where today she hit her PB of 87kg’s 💪🙌🏻👏

A fantastic achievement & proof that hard work, perseverance & determination pays off

My client Denise Clarke, week in week out gives everything she has & is now hitting 92 kg on deadlift and 72kg on squats which is huge!!

This hasn’t happened overnight & is a result of working hard & being committed to her training over a long period of time 💪

So proud & there’s still more to come from this one 😍


REMEMBER ...... your achievements take time, there is no overnight success‼️

I’ve always enjoyed takeaways & alcohol & that won’t ever change 🥴 but after increasing my calorie intake from 800-1000 calories a day to 1800-1900 & staying determined to regularly exercise each week, OVER THE YEARS my shape is getting to where I want it & I’m seeing the achievements that I set myself at the start of my journey

To reach your targets you need to stay focused, motivated & work damn hard & only over time you will see your desired goals 💪

Strength training is fairly new to my client Denise Clarke & is giving her challenges that she hasn’t come up against before.
It is an important part of her journey which is testing her both physically & mentally but she is doing FAB with her results improving each session & she is now lifting over her own body weight 🙌🏻

Some females are wary of lifting weights but the benefits are massive:
- Increases bone density
- Improves body image
- Builds lean muscle & decreases body fat
- Alleviates depressive symptoms
- Burns calories even after the session

Wednesday night Boot camp & these ladies were on 🔥 🔥 🔥

Sometimes it’s difficult for me to take a break from exercise as I love working out & it certainly makes me feel a lot better when I do ….. BUT…..

Rest is so important to add into your programme as it allows your muscles to rebuild and grow & gives you the opportunity to refresh & re-charge yourself.

After a few days away with my family, going back to the gym today I felt revitalised & eased back in with an hours HIT session.


Such a pleasure training this amazing lady & I’ve loved the journey we’ve been on so far 🙌🏻
From 30kg when she started to now lifting 100kg’s, she has given her all each session & reaping the rewards

After giving birth I fought hard to shift 6 stone through cardio & starving my body only eating around 1000 calories a day.

I achieved my goal but was not happy with how my body looked, having no shape, feeling lethargic all the time & pretty miserable in myself.

I had to make a change to feel better about myself & get the shape that I considered as ‘ME’ - I researched a lot & began my new journey through resistance training, working with heavier weights & changing my diet to an increased calorie intake.

As a trainer I completely understand the food and exercise battle, it’s not an overnight fix, it’s a lifestyle change BUT rewarding & satisfying none the least if you persevere.

Brilliant effort from everyone & so nice to be able to have everyone together again 🥰😍

Can’t wait until next week 💪🏻


Emotional day today as I say farewell to & the amazing team that I have worked with for the past 4 years.

I have so many fond memories of the place, the members, staff & it’s where my PT Journey began back in August 2017 so it will always be very close to my heart.

It’s been a real pleasure which I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute of but it’s time for a new chapter for the team with very exciting times ahead.

To everyone who I have worked with or met over the years at Rivers I would like to thank you for sharing your time with me & to my lovely work colleagues past & present, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING PEOPLE & GOOD LUCK for the future 🍀


I cannot praise this man highly enough 🙌🏻 He gave me my chance when I became a PT & he has been my mentor & by my side ever since.

His knowledge, expertise, passion & dedication to everyone he is involved with is inspirational & I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him.
