An experience at 15 made me realise how easily a girl can be made to feel like she isn’t “good enough”.

So I built something different — a CIC creating carefully curated opportunities where every woman and girl feels welcomed, valued and worthy, and can enjoy the sport she loves without judgement or favouritism.

I couldn’t change what happened to me.
But I can help change what happens next.

Because looking after everyone else starts with remembering to look after yourself too. 🫶🏽

JUSTMUMS — your time. Your space.✨

Meet Michele Kang — entrepreneur, philanthropist and leading investor in women’s sport.

Her commitment to creating greater opportunities for women and girls is helping shape the future of the game.

As a female-led and focused organisation, it’s empowering to hear women (and men) speak openly about the disparities in sport — not just to highlight the problem, but to take action and create change.

More opportunity. More visibility. More belief. 💜
