I am an accredited Confidence Coach, working with women who are filled with self-doubt and tired of feeling like they can't do what they want to do. I offer a tailor made 6 to 12 week programme of online or walk and talk coaching. I also specialise in helping horse riders out of the saddle so they feel more confident in the saddle.

When I am tired I go back to a book or a film that feels like home, that’s easy to read or watch and get lost in. The Harry Potter books do this for me and I love this quote. Reflecting on all that is inside of us, the good thoughts, the not so good thoughts and recognising that it is how we act the counts. The choice of the helpful thought that makes you feel happier is exactly that, a choice. These choices make you the wonderful person that you are. What do you choose today? x

You won’t always get it right, sometimes you will feel crap about what you did, but it is how you move on from this that counts. First of all celebrate that you did it, you tried something new and that, by itself, is wonderful. Secondly reflect with kindness (and this is huge) and then move forwards with a clear realistic plan.
