Here I am at 33 years old, still strong, muscular, and preparing for a competition. I won't lie; once I reached my 30s, I began feeling old and weak. However, the reality is that it was merely a perception influenced by the number 3 and 0.
Now, at 33, I can confidently say that maintaining a healthy diet and consistent workouts are essential for a strong body and a life full of energy. Observing some friends at the same age who already suffer from sciatica, heart problems due to excess body fat, and appear much older than me raises the question: why is that?
The answer lies in the fact that when you eat well and exercise, your body can reverse the human decaying process, which accelerates with an unhealthy lifestyle. It took me 25 years to study and understand that the body possesses the incredible ability to regenerate itself through specific nutrients, stimulating cells to grow stronger and enabling us to live longer with a more youthful body.
Loving yourself means taking care of your body not simply saying that working out and eating well is for obsessed people.

The dark truth of being shredded and achieving the dream body!
What you see in IG is a simple final product of people who have been training for many many years to achieve a certain goal.
"Just to avoid any stupid comment( steroids or not you still need to train and eat properly)"
But here is what you do not see
Wake up: 6 am
Cardio: 6.30 am
Breakfast: 7.30 am
Meal prepping for the day: up until 8.30 am
Work: 9 am
Work break: healthy meal
End of working day: weightlifting
Dinner:7pm
Meditation: 8 pm
Read a book: 9 pm
Bed at 10 pm

Dedication and self-care of body and mind are the keys to achieving anything we want in life.

This is not an obsession but self-care

Check this out โ losing 30lbs of belly fat is no small feat!
Let me introduce you to Abedin. He battled for years with his weight and that pesky belly that just wouldn't budge.
No matter what he tried, his job's lack of movement kept that belly firmly in place, causing discomfort with tight T-shirts and those jeans digging into his skin.

Minus the endless cardio and extreme restriction.
