Game On! Come and join Cowdrey Ladies for
Softball Cricket. Are you looking to get active, meet great people, and enjoy the summer? Whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to dust off your bat, Cowdrey wants you! Softball cricket is the ultimate fast-paced, inclusive twist on the classic game. There’s no hard ball, no heavy pads, and zero intimidation - just pure fun, teamwork, and a great excuse to be outside.
What to expect:
Who: All skill levels, ages, and backgrounds welcome
When: Summer training on Monday evenings 7–8.30pm
Where: Cowdrey CC, Swanmead Sports Ground TN9 1PP
Vibe: Very relaxed, very social, and always up for participating in a European softball tour or two!
No gear? No problem - we provide all the bats and softballs you need. Just bring your trainers and a great attitude!
Established in the winter of 2021, Cowdrey Ladies take part in two summer competitions - the Women’s Softball Cricket League (KWSCL), (finalists four years in a row), and The Bash. We are always on the lookout for new recruits. Are you ready to hit it for six?
