A fantastic day for an even better cause - ⚽️

It was great to see so many people come together showing their support for Chasing Connor’s Cure & their mission to end Duchenne.

From the players on the pitch to everyone cheering from the sidelines, the support was incredible.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success.

Perfect morning to hit some hilly trails today☀️

Great to see a few from Anatomy Run Club taking on a challenging route in both the 10km & Half Marathon - each hitting some very impressive times 🙌

This was another training run for Myself, David & Michelle ahead of our Ultra-Marathon - with just 6 weeks to go.

2nd overall 🥈
3rd overall 🥉

Would have put our foot down had we known we was near the front… next time! 👊😂

Absolutely incredible Debut Marathon for .a7 🙌

Sub 4hrs was the goal & honestly, I was never in doubt he’d get it!

He strictly followed his marathon program week in, week out & executed his race day plan perfectly.

This was supposed to be a ‘one & done’, but he’s already talking about the next one 😂

Huge Hyrox progress from .a7 in the past few months 🙌🙌

⏪ Rewind 5 months & his latest DOUBLES race he finished with 1:14:29.
This included 43:40 running with an average run pace of 5:27/km.

After that, the goal was a first time attempting a SOLO Race in Dublin this November…

⏩ Fast Forward to today, we did a Full Simulation with a focus on not going all out & maintaining a controlled heart rate throughout.
He’s smashed it with 1:13, with a running time of 37:51 (4:44/km) - that’s 5:49 knocked off his runs 👊

Excited to see what he can now do on the day! 🇮🇪☘️
