BRONZE AT FELIXSTOWE’S STRONGEST 2026🥉

A huge result for this weekend!

Deadlifts and Viking Press had been a big focus in the weeks leading up to the competition as we knew those were the 2 events which would make her climb the leaderboard, and she absolutely smashed both when it mattered 🙌

Watching it evolve from Anatomy37 to Anatomy Gyms… a lot has changed. Thousands upon thousands of coaching hours, countless sessions, early mornings, late evenings & a plenty more grey hairs..

The best part has always been the people… the members, the team, and the incredible community we’ve built together. It makes that 4:30am alarm much easier!

A huge week for us…

Anatomy Gyms Tonbridge took home the Health & Wellbeing Award at the Tonbridge Business Awards. Feel very grateful to be part of a team that’s recognised for the work we do.

Two black-tie events this week was a nice change from the usual gym kit🤵🏻‍♂️

Our Small Group PT kicked off a brand new training programme - great to see everyone getting stuck in. We’re expecting some big results over the next few weeks!

We also trained through the hottest June on record ☀️

On to next week 👊
