Stress is inevitable
Yet it's the intensity and volume of stress which creates an issue
Too much of either will see your biology maladapt
No matter how you paint that picture, it's not a good one to look at
The goal is not to escape stress
It's to regualte it through mitigation and recovery
Recovery foundations:
Sleep hygiene
Eating practices
Quality nutrition
Adequate hydration
Aerobic conditioning
Structural balance
Mitigation of stress requries a tailored solution but one across the board tactic is using breathwork to regulate autonomic nervous system arousal
You can choose from any of the popluar breathing techniques
The focus should be on longer, slower exhales, in comparision to the inhale
I personally go for box breathing, with a double length exhale
Remember stress is a very useful tool - When used appropriately

Realistically he wasn't in the best shape of his life in three weeks
But his perception was that this was true
The confidence he gained
The focus in his business
His leadership attitude
His adherence to the best him
All of which improved as a result of this perception

The world has gone soft
We are in a time where people can’t make a decision
People can’t even figure out whether they’re a man, woman or… insert other.
Men so glued to their phones they can’t remember the last meaningful conversation they had with their wife
Children are running around dancing like idiots but lack true character and resilience
Indecision.
Keyboard warriors.
Sniggering comments.
Passive aggression.
All traits of one common thing - Poor leadership
Being strong is a choice.
The world needs strong leaders
As men, and as business owners it needs you to step up
