Our secluded ground is large compared to many and, coupled with our new pavilion, offers superb facilities to club members and visitors alike. There are few finer places to enjoy the final stages of a cricket match than at our ground bathed in the early evening sunshine! The tale of two weekends. After the high of our double win last time, we met the low of both teams losing last weekend.

The 1st XI recovered excellently to post a half decent effort, with the top scorer with a quick 49 not out. At 116 for 5 it looked like a 50/50 game potentially, but Old Colfes knocked off the runs well.

It was a day to forget for the 2nd XI against a strong Marden side. showed some good determination with his 38, but we were well below a total required to test our opponents.

We go again next weekend.
