Sunday Ladies, Vets and Under 45's Race on 14th June at Haysden Water.

Those additional images that were promised of the RYA L2/S2 Course successfully completed last Saturday. Two of our students "graduated" from the GP14s to a Pico and a Topper.

An update on the exploits of TTSC Youth Sailors from the weekend.
While Charlie was competing in the two home races at Haysden, Dan came 4th out of 40 in the Topper National Series (4.2 fleet) at Grafham with Jonathan 17th out of 70ish in the 5.3 fleet. Dan was top sailor from the London and SE Region. Dan is looking forward to the National Championships at Weymouth in August.

TTSC MIDSUMMER REGATTA 2026

On Saturday June 20th the TTSC Youth Race Training Team are hosting a day of racing for all levels of experience!

Note that all entries are subject to a start fee of £3 of which all proceeds will go to the Alzheimer’s Society.

Despite the sunny pictures here, the Wednesday team were forced to hide in the containers when the torrential rain arrived today!

The team set about cleaning the club house and facilities ready for the last day of RYA training this coming Saturday.

Due to the very strong winds that we had for last week's RYA training, we spent most of the day [when it was not raining!] checking over the Topper fleet making sure everything was good for the final day of Junior RYA training.

Checking around the lake, it's not often we see the lake outfall during the summer.

And today, the winds were lighter for our racing.

Day 1 of our Level 2 and Stage 2 Dinghy courses yesterday presented a real challenge to the students with high winds and gusty squalls resulting in sailing being cancelled for the afternoon. The students, however, performed really well when they were on the water before being given an easy ride home in the afternoon.

Despite the blustery and wet conditions, with gusts approaching 38mph in the afternoon, the Wednesday team managed to complete the repairs to TT1 and carry out some further maintenance of the TTSC Fleet of dingies following the recent Junior Club and Adult Improvers event over the weekend.

And between the rain showers the team managed to get some fast growing grass cut as well !

A busy Sunday at TTSC with racing in the morning followed by a very busy afternoon with Junior Club and Adult Improvers and there was event time for a barbecue at lunch time.
