The longest race he’d ever done before this was a half marathon… and now he’s an ULTRA runner! 🤯

On Saturday, we headed to Aylesford to support the incredible Air Ambulance Charity KSS at their Heli Hike 🫶

We had the honour of leading the warm-up and getting everyone hyped before they set off to raise money for this amazing charity.

Kent Air Ambulance saves lives every single day, and they rely on donations and support from the public to keep doing what they do.

You never know when you, or someone you love, might need them. ❤️

It was a real pleasure to be part of such a brilliant day and support such an incredible cause. 🚁

Girl Band Spin Special 💖

We asked for girl band energy… and you guys definitely delivered 😂

The Spice Girls turned up in full costume, rode a whole spin class in dresses and then stayed for Boxercise without even getting changed 🤣

Full classes, big energy, lots of happy people... it’s been another fabulous week at AJP 🥰

We’ve had Bootcamp with dogs, new Strength classes, confusing Boxercise combos and plenty of good times along the way!

Thanks for bringing the gooood vibes, we absolutely love seeing the studio full and buzzing.

What a week. ❤️

The studio has been full, the energy has been incredible, and it’s been one of those weeks that reminds us just how special this community is.

Summer can be a quieter time for gyms, so seeing so many full classes means more than you’ll know.

Thank you for showing up, working hard and bringing the best energy every single day.

We never take it for granted. We feel incredibly lucky to do what we do. 🫶

Let’s do it all again next week. 😁😁
