WOMEN-ONLY TRY SQUASH COURSE

Fancy giving squash a try? Join Poult Wood Squash & Racketball Club 4-week women-only beginner course and have fun, get active, build confidence and meet new people.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to the court, their qualified coach will help you get started in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The course runs from each Thursday from 17 September to Thursday 8 October from 2–3pm. Special introductory price: £20 for all 4 sessions!

Rackets are available - just bring comfortable clothing and clean trainers.

⛳ Course Maintenance Week – 7–11 September

We’ll be carrying out essential maintenance work on the greens to improve drainage, reduce thatch and help create healthier, firmer playing surfaces throughout the year.

The work will include aeration, hollow-tining, overseeding and topdressing.

📅 7–8 September: Front 9 closed – play the back 9
📅 9–10 September: Back 9 closed – play the front 9
📅 10–11 September: 9-hole course closed

If you’d like to play 18 holes on the days when only 9 holes are open, please speak to the Pro Shop about booking a second round, subject to availability.

Matthew recently successfully competed in an international road race in France, achieving 2nd place in the first stage of the competition, he won the second stage🏅 and achieved 5th place in the 3rd stage! 🚴

In Badminton, Olaf and his doubles partner achieved a gold medal in the U15 Warwickshire Gold Tournament! 🏅 🏸
